I just did my first solo!!
after only one week in Florida and nearly 18 hours flying time I already accomplished a huge step towards my goal.
It went well but it felt weird though. Nobody tells you what you’re doing wrong, nobody can help you if you don’t know what to do. weird…
At my first flight this morning we had trouble with the engine, an exhaust valve got stuck and we hat to change the plane this noon. And after a few landings with a plane I’ve never flown (although it’S the same type) my CFI left the plane and said “now you’re flying solo, if you feel comfortable”.
So I did 3 landings here at Flagler county airport.
Next step is to build some solo time and start with cross-country training.
